Shipping Policy

We deliver across Bangladesh, cash on delivery.

Charges and times

• Inside Dhaka — ৳80, 1–2 working days. Free on orders over ৳2000.
• Chattogram — ৳120, 2–3 working days. Free on orders over ৳2000.
• Everywhere else in Bangladesh — ৳150, 3–5 working days.

The exact charge for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm. Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 6pm are usually confirmed the same day and handed to the courier the next working day. We call or message on WhatsApp before dispatch, so keep the phone number on your order reachable.

Tracking

Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with.

Failed delivery

Couriers attempt delivery twice. If nobody is reachable on both attempts the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled; nothing is charged, since payment happens on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

We deliver to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, message us before dispatch and we will change it — after dispatch the courier may charge for redirection.
